1 Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Customized or made-to-order products may take longer; customers will be informed.
  • Certificate of Authenticity is provided with every eligible product.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2 Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of placement, provided they have not entered production.
  • Custom-made items are non-cancellable once production has begun.
  • To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately.
  • Bulk or corporate orders are non-cancellable once confirmed.

3 Return Policy

  • Returns are only accepted in case of:
    • Manufacturing defects
    • Damage during shipping
    • Incorrect products delivered
  • Customized, engraved, or made-to-order products are non-returnable.
  • Corporate/bulk orders are non-returnable unless products are defective.
  • Products must be in their original condition and packaging.

4 Return Process

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
    • Order details
    • Unboxing video proof
    • Clear photos of the product
    • Description of the issue
  • Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
  • If approved, you will receive return instructions.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

5 Refund Policy

  • After verification, refund credited within 7-10 business days.
  • Refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.
  • If the customer wants replacement instead of refund then it will be processed as per terms and conditions
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Customized or made-to-order products are non-refundable.

6 Shipping & Insurance

  • All shipments are insured for your protection.
  • Orders shipped within 3-5 business days(for gold and silver articles it may take 15-20 days some times depending on availability of the product).
  • Delivery within 5-10 business days depending on location & order.
  • Tracking details shared post-dispatch.
  • Signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.

  • Hand-finishing may cause minor variations in products.
  • Actual color may vary based on lighting & screen display.
  • Customers must verify product details before placing custom orders.

8 Exchange/Replacement Timeline

  • Kindly contact us within 3 days form the date of delivery for exchange/replacement.
  • The new item will get delivered within 10 to 15 working days post your request approved.
