1 Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to fofshop.in, operated by Fragrance on Flame & Foam on Flora, which also trades under the jewelry line Finesse of Fortune (together, "FOF", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using this website, browsing our products, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Refund Policy, all of which are incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website.

2 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
• By using this website, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

3 Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Please notify us immediately at the contact details in Section 22 if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

4 Product Information & Pricing

• We make every reasonable effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing, but we do not warrant that this information is always error-free.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to modify or discontinue any product, at any time without prior notice.
• If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel the order for a full refund.

5 Payment

• Full payment is required at checkout, through the payment gateways listed on our website (currently PayU, PhonePe, and Easebuzz).
• All payments are processed securely by these third-party gateways; we do not store your full card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our servers.
• For large bulk or corporate orders, partial advance payment may be accepted by separate written agreement.

6 Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase, not an automatic acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order — including for pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or delivery-address issues — in which case any amount paid will be refunded per our Refund Policy.

7 Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines, delivery partners, and related terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.

20 Fragrance on Flame & Foam on Flora

• These products are handcrafted and may show slight natural variations in color, scent throw, design, or packaging between units.
• Actual color and finish may vary based on lighting conditions and your screen display.
• Because candles, soaps, and similar consumable/hygiene products cannot be resold once used, they are non-returnable once used, except where the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — see our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
• Please follow provided product care and safe-burning instructions; we are not responsible for damage or loss caused by improper use or handling after delivery.

21 Finesse of Fortune

• Each piece is hand-finished and may show slight natural variations in appearance; this is a normal characteristic of handcrafted jewelry and not a defect.
• Weight, plating thickness, and finish are subject to natural manufacturing tolerances within accepted industry standards.
• Gold and silver plating specifications are provided for reference and describe the plating applied, not solid precious-metal content, unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page.
• A Certificate of Authenticity is provided with eligible products, confirming the product's specifications as described.
• To preserve plating and finish, avoid contact with water, perfume, and chemicals, and store pieces in the provided pouch/box when not in use.
• Customized or made-to-order jewelry may take longer to process, and is non-cancellable once production has begun — see our Cancellation Policy.
