2. Payment Policy

• We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other secure payment gateways.
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase. For large corporate orders, partial advance payments may be accepted as per agreement.

3. Shipping Policy

• Delivery is available across India (or your specified delivery regions).
• Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
• Express or same-day delivery may be available in select locations at additional charges.
• Once shipped, customers will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

• Due to the nature of our products (candles, soaps, handcrafted items), we do not accept returns for used products.
• In case of damaged, defective, or wrong items received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
• Approved returns will be replaced or refunded as per customer's choice.
• Corporate/bulk orders are non-returnable unless products are defective.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they haven't been processed or shipped.
• After processing, cancellation is not possible.

6. Corporate Gifting & Bulk Orders

• Customized orders are available for corporate gifting, weddings, and special occasions.
• Lead times, payment terms, and delivery schedules for bulk orders will be discussed individually.
