Shipping Policy for Fragrance on Flame & Foam on Flora
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Custom or bulk/corporate gifting orders may require additional processing time; timelines will be communicated during order confirmation.
2. Payment Policy
- We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other secure payment gateways.
- Full payment is required at the time of purchase. For large corporate orders, partial advance payments may be accepted as per agreement.
3. Shipping Policy
- Delivery is available across India (or your specified delivery regions).
- Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
- Express or same-day delivery may be available in select locations at additional charges.
- Once shipped, customers will receive tracking details via email or SMS.
4. Return & Exchange Policy
- Due to the nature of our products (candles, soaps, handcrafted items), we do not accept returns for used products.
- In case of damaged, defective, or wrong items received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
- Approved returns will be replaced or refunded as per customer's choice.
- Corporate/bulk orders are non-returnable unless products are defective.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they haven't been processed or shipped.
- After processing, cancellation is not possible.
6. Corporate Gifting & Bulk Orders
- Customized orders are available for corporate gifting, weddings, and special occasions.
- Lead times, payment terms, and delivery schedules for bulk orders will be discussed individually.
