Cancellation Policy

1 How to Cancel an Order

• To cancel an order, contact our customer support team immediately using the details in Section 5 below, quoting your order number.
• We will confirm by email whether your cancellation has been accepted.
• If your order has already been processed, dispatched, or entered production, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation — see below.

2 Fragrance on Flame & Foam on Flora

• Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for shipment.
• Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled; you may instead request a return once delivered, subject to our Refund Policy.

3 Finesse of Fortune

• Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered production.
• Custom-made, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry is non-cancellable once production has begun, as materials and labor have already been committed.

4 Bulk & Corporate Orders

Bulk or corporate gifting orders (either product line) are non-cancellable once confirmed, unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of order.

5 Cancellations Initiated By Us

We may cancel an order in cases such as stock unavailability, a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or an undeliverable address. If we cancel your order, we will notify you and process a full refund per our Refund Policy.
