  Please note:

  • Tiny air bubbles, texture differences, or wooden grain variations are part of the handmade nature and do not affect product quality.

  • Product images are for reference; actual product may have minor artistic variations.

  • Candles are made from eco-friendly soy wax, requiring gentle handling and storage in cool, dry areas away from sunlight to maintain fragrance and shape.

Return & Replacement Policy:

At Fragrance on Flame, every piece is quality-checked before dispatch. However, we understand transit mishaps can occur.

Eligible for Return/Replacement:

• Product received in a damaged or broken condition due to transit.

• Product not matching the order details (wrong item delivered).

Conditions:

• A clear unboxing video from the start of opening the sealed package is mandatory.

• The video must show the full product, packaging, and label for verification.

• Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.

Not Eligible for Return/Replacement:

• Products with minor handcrafted variations.

• Items damaged due to mishandling or improper use post-delivery.

• Change of mind or preference after receiving the product.
