Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You may be eligible for a return or replacement only in the following cases:

1. Damaged Product Received:

   • If the product is physically damaged, broken, or melted during transit.

2. Incorrect Product Shipped:

   • If you received an item different from what was ordered.

3. Manufacturing Defect:

   • If there is a genuine defect affecting the usability of the candle (e.g., wick issue, fragrance missing, etc.).

Please note: Minor imperfections, color differences, or handmade variations will not be treated as defects.

Return Process

1. To initiate a return, you must:

   • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

   • Share an unboxing video showing the package opening clearly, without pause or edits.

   • Ensure the product is unused, unlit, and in its original packaging.

2. Once verified, we will:

   • Offer a replacement (for same or similar item), OR

   • Provide a store credit of equal value, OR

   • Approve a refund (only if replacement is unavailable).

Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery or without proof cannot be processed.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Products used, lit, or damaged post-delivery.

• Items returned without original packaging or incomplete sets.

• Change of mind or personal dislike after use.

• Custom-made, personalized, or bulk corporate gift orders.

Refund Timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.

• In case of replacement, the new product will be dispatched within 5–7 working days after verification.
