Returns are accepted only if:
The product arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrectly shipped.
A claim is raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
Once verified, replacements or refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used soaps cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
