How to Use:

2. Allow them to melt and release aroma gradually.

3. For a lighter scent, use one heart; for a stronger throw, use two.

Care & Storage Instructions:

1. Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and heat.

2. Keep sealed when not in use to preserve fragrance.

3. Do not refrigerate.

4. Clean warmer dish before adding new melts.

5. Once fragrance fades, remove residue after cooling and replace with a new heart.

Tip: Mix with other scents from the Fragrance on Flame range to create your own signature blend.

Return Eligibility:

Accepted only for damaged, defective, or leaking products upon delivery.

Must be reported within 3 days of delivery with a clear unboxing video.

Product must remain unused and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Conditions:

Opened or partially used melts.

Returns for fragrance preference or color variation.

Damage due to improper handling after delivery.

Replacement / Refund:

Replacement after inspection.

If not available, refund or store credit will be issued.
